I found this recipe in one of my diaries and it reminded me of the time when my son was 7-8 years old as he was so fond of Coriander Curry Rice. But when he left for a hostel for two years period, I stopped cooking it and as a result completely forgot about it. Recently while going through my old diary I re-found this recipe and surprised my son with it. I was wondering if he would recognize the flavors. He did and was so elated. Coriander Curry Pulao has become a regular again. This blog is really helping me to keep a diary of my family’s favorite recipes while I am getting to share them with you all too. It is a win - win for all of us.
